What TenderHound is

TenderHound is an email alert service. We monitor public tender postings and email you the ones that match the specialties and provinces you selected, daily or weekly at your choice. TenderHound is a service of 2223397 Alberta Ltd.

Verify before you bid

Tender listings change: closing dates move, documents are amended, and postings are withdrawn. Always verify every detail — especially the closing date and bid requirements — on the original source portal before preparing or submitting a bid. TenderHound summarizes public postings for convenience; it is not the authoritative source for any tender.

No liability for missed or incorrect bids

We work hard to catch relevant tenders and report them accurately, but no matching system catches everything and postings can change after we read them. TenderHound and 2223397 Alberta Ltd. are not liable for missed tenders, incorrect details in alerts, or any lost bid opportunities — direct or indirect. The alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee of coverage.

Subscription and cancellation

The Starter plan is $49 CAD per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your alerts continue until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't do retention scripts or phone-call cancellations.

Email consent and unsubscribing

By signing up you consent to receive tender alert emails (CASL express consent). Every alert includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by replying to any alert. Unsubscribing stops the emails; it does not cancel your paid subscription — cancel that separately or contact us.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping our site, no reselling the alert feed, and no signing up other people's email addresses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows; material changes will be noted here. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
